What time do I need to arrive on the Tuesday?

Arrival on Tuesday 12 September is any time from midday. Programming begins at 18:00 so we would suggest arriving early afternoon to make the most of the facilities before the event begins.

Do I need to book my own accommodation and travel?

Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the event at Soho Farmhouse, but we ask you to please organise your own transport to and from Soho Farmhouse.

Can I bring a guest?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate extra guests at this time.

Can I extend my stay at Soho Farmhouse after the event?

Depending on availability at the hotel, this shouldn’t be a problem. Please reach out to the events team to discuss requirements.

Do I need to attend the whole event or can I just join for one day?

To get maximum value from the event we would recommend joining for the whole experience.

Is transport provided from London to the venue?

Transport is not provided to and from the venue, but it is very easily accessible from London. You can find more information on how to reach the venue here.

I can’t make the event, but I’m interested in hearing the speakers. Will there be recordings of any presentations that I can watch?

As this is an exclusive event for the industry, we sadly won’t be able to share recordings of each session. We hope we can welcome you to the next IMG Summit.

I have dietary requirements; will these be catered for?

Yes, we will make sure all dietary requirements are catered for. Please make the events team aware of these when you RSVP so we can communicate them to the venue.

Can I drive to the venue?

Yes, Soho Farmhouse is an easy drive from London and surrounding areas. There is parking onsite.

How do I find out the final agenda?

You will be updated by email when the full agenda is announced. All updates will also be updated here.
